Track 4 — Build & monetise 构建与变现 · M17 · 25 min · Live today
The OPC time-and-money map
Which tasks a one-person company or small business should delegate first, how many hours each returns per month, and the payback maths — including the tasks you should not delegate yet.
Prerequisites: M15 · What your twins can and cannot do
After this module you can…
- Rank your own tasks by hours saved versus governance risk.
- Compute a payback for one twin in your own numbers.
Key points
- Best first candidates are recurring, low-risk, evidence-producing: briefings, reporting, triage drafts.
- Payback = (hours saved × your hourly rate) − (run cost + build time amortised).
- Money-moving tasks pay back the most but must stay behind a Decision Card.
- Do not delegate anything you cannot verify afterwards.
Hands-on exercise: Build your own map
- List your five most repetitive weekly tasks.
- Mark each Live / Sandbox / Planned using the capability matrix.
- Estimate hours per month and pick the single highest Live one.
Evidence of success: A one-page ranked list with an hours estimate.
Knowledge check
Getting it wrong is fine — the explanation tells you why.
1. Which task should an OPC automate first?
2. A twin saves 8 h/month at $40/h and costs $30/month to run. Payback on 6 h of build time?
