AiXin
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 11 October 2026 · Operator: Chris Ong
This policy describes how AiXin, operated by Chris Ong, handles information when you use aixin.life and connect services such as Gmail. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use.
1. Information you provide
AiXin handles account information, requests, uploaded materials, business facts and memory you choose to provide, generated results, and your action approvals. Do not provide information you are not entitled to share.
2. Connected services and Gmail
When you authorize Gmail, AiXin uses the permissions you grant to support the email features you request or enable. These may include reading message metadata and snippets for briefings, follow-ups and watchers, creating reply drafts, and sending an email after you explicitly approve a supported sending action. Gmail permissions may allow broader access than a particular feature needs; AiXin commits to using access only for the requested feature. Other connected services are used for the features you authorize.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to maintain your account, carry out your requests and enabled routines, produce results, remember facts you choose to save, record approvals and execution outcomes, and investigate service failures or misuse. Connecting Gmail is not permission to send arbitrary messages: quiet-thread follow-ups are drafts, and supported consequential sending actions require approval.
4. Google user data and Limited Use
AiXin's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data will be used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you request or enable. It will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Transfers are limited to what is necessary for those features, your explicit consent, security purposes, or legal requirements permitted by that policy. Human access is limited to your affirmative consent for specific data, necessary security investigations, applicable law, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations as permitted by Google's policy.
Google API Services User Data Policy5. Service providers and AI processing
Providing a requested feature may require hosting, account, storage, AI-processing or connected-service providers to process the relevant information. For example, an email briefing may require relevant email metadata or snippets to be processed to generate the briefing. Google data may be shared with those providers only as necessary for the requested feature and subject to the commitments above. Review the information involved before connecting an account or submitting sensitive material.
6. Records and blockchain receipts
AiXin maintains task results and approval records so you can review what happened. Where a receipt is anchored to a blockchain, that chain contains receipt identifiers and cryptographic fingerprints, not the email text or private receipt contents. Public blockchain records cannot be edited or removed by AiXin. An anchor is evidence of a recorded fingerprint, not a guarantee that an AI answer is correct or a transaction succeeded.
7. Your choices and requests
You may stop using connected features, disable routines, and revoke access in the connected provider's settings. Google access can be revoked through your Google Account connections page. Revoking access stops future authorized access; it does not itself delete information already stored in AiXin. You may address requests for access, correction or deletion to Chris Ong. Account-wide deletion is not currently offered as a self-service control; requests require individual handling, and legally required records or public blockchain records may remain.
Manage or revoke Google access8. Retention and browser storage
Your account, saved knowledge, task outcomes and approval records may remain while your account is used and until they are removed through available controls or a deletion request is handled. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline. AiXin uses browser storage for functionality such as your sign-in session and language preference. Avoid using a shared device for confidential work without signing out.
9. Operator and policy changes
AiXin is operated by Chris Ong. Privacy questions and requests should be addressed to Chris Ong at chris.ong@aixin.life. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. New uses of Google data outside existing authorization require appropriate consent.
