AiXin
Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 October 2026 · Operator: Chris Ong
These terms govern your use of AiXin at aixin.life, operated by Chris Ong. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AiXin.
1. Your account and authority
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for ensuring that your requests and permissions are lawful and appropriate.
2. What AiXin provides
AiXin assists with research, drafting, supported connected-service actions and enabled routines. Feature availability depends on installed capabilities, permissions and third-party services. A plan, estimate or draft is not a booking, payment, sent message or published post. A feature is not available merely because it appears in a suggested request.
3. Approvals and external actions
Review the exact recipient, content, cost and consequence presented before approving an action. Approval authorizes the displayed action, not unrelated actions. Sending, posting and other supported consequential actions may be irreversible. Records and receipts help review execution, but cannot undo an external action or guarantee third-party completion. Drafts remain drafts unless a supported sending or publishing action is separately approved.
4. AI limitations and your review
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated, even when sources are provided. Verify important facts and review generated content before relying on it. AiXin is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. No business growth, revenue, accuracy or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
5. Responsible use and your materials
Do not use AiXin for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, infringement or evasion of safety controls. You retain your rights in the materials you provide and authorize their processing only as needed to provide the service. Ensure that you have the necessary rights to submit materials and publish generated content; AI output may not be unique or free of third-party rights.
6. Third-party services and costs
Google, LinkedIn and other connected providers have their own terms and permissions. Their restrictions, outages or revoked access may prevent execution. Any paid feature or external purchase must disclose applicable charges before you authorize it; these terms do not create an undisclosed subscription or authorize a payment. Do not treat a test-mode operation as a live transaction.
7. Privacy and stopping use
The Privacy Policy explains information use and Google user-data commitments. You can stop using AiXin, disable routines or revoke provider access. AiXin may restrict use that violates these terms or creates security or legal risks. Questions about account closure or removal of stored information should be addressed to Chris Ong; public blockchain records cannot be removed by AiXin.
8. Changes and applicable rights
Features and these terms may change; the effective date on this page identifies the current version. Review updated terms before continuing to use the service. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. AiXin is operated by Chris Ong, to whom service questions should be addressed at chris.ong@aixin.life.
